By using FirstOption via WhatsApp, you agree to these terms.

Service

FirstOption lets you buy airtime, data bundles, pay bills, and access other digital services through WhatsApp. All transactions are processed from your FirstOption wallet.

Wallet

• Fund your wallet via bank transfer to your assigned virtual account.
• Wallet balances are non-interest-bearing.
• Refunds for failed transactions are credited back to your wallet automatically.

Fees

Service fees are displayed before you confirm each transaction. By confirming, you accept the fee.

Prohibited Use

You must not use FirstOption for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.

Limitation of Liability

FirstOption is not liable for failures caused by third-party service providers, network outages, or incorrect details you provide.
